Integrating Zoho CRM with Osano​

In order for Osano to discover data stored in your systems, we must connect to those data providers via an API. We require, at minimum, read-only access to establish a connection to these providers. Each provider you connect may require different information. Please see the linked vendor documentation for instructions on where and how to obtain this data.

Required Steps for Setup​

  1. Go to Data Discover -> Data Stores
  2. Press green + button
  3. Enter a Provider Name
  4. Provide your Zoho account URL
  5. Press Add Connection.
  6. Log in with your credentials.

It will start the data discovery process. The status will turn green if the connection is successful.

Build Data Subject Access Request Form​

Follow these instructions.

To Test​

  1. Go to Data Discover -> People Search
  2. Press green + button
  3. Fill out information
  4. Press Search

The search will start. When the status turns green, the report will be ready to download.

Accounts URL​

Zoho requires you get a token from a region data center thus requiring the accounts url as an input.
